More condo projects are sprouting along Broadway in Edgewater. We posted recently on Edgewater Glen Condominiums, The Granville and Broadway Village Lofts, and another new project is nearing completion at 6124 N Broadway.
The tall windows on the top level look promising – those units will be flooded with morning sun. The balconies, however, seem a touch obligatory. How often will these homeowners really use them? As several Yo readers have pointed out, Broadway is hardly a handsome view, although the constant whizzing of traffic does settle down in the evenings. And a perk to this location: Broadway Antique Market next door, which regularly has terrific pieces that aren’t too expensive.
Prices on the two-bedroom condos at 6124 N Broadway range from the $300s to the $410s.
