Look closely: I snapped this photo yesterday, but it’s already outdated. Two – not three – homes remain at 2918 N Sheffield Ave, an eight-unit new-construction project in Lake View.
Jeff Lowe, of Century 21 Sussex & Reilly, is listing the two third-floor condos; both total about 1,600 square feet each. Prices start in the $570s and include garage parking.
Lowe says the project, consisting entirely of three-bedroom condos with two or three bathrooms, has been on the market for about six months, and a model opened 45 days ago.
