We haven’t seen any public announcement that apartments are currently available for rent in the classic 17-story building undergoing renovation at 850 North Lake Shore Drive in Streeterville, but the building’s website indicates that they are.
Floor plans and near real-time availability information can be accessed online. As of early December 2013 studios rented from $2,090, convertibles from $2,790, 1-bedrooms from $2,290, 2-bedroom, 1-bath units from $3,890, and 3-bedroom, 2 ½ baths from $8,890. Only studio and 1-bedroom apartments are currently available.
