Legacy at Millennium Park sales director Adrienne Hulse hooked us up with a big packet of sales material during our visit to the tower on Friday afternoon. Inside was an updated price sheet for the 40 to 50 condos still for sale in the building. The numbers look pretty similar to what we reported last summer: One-bedrooms run from the $480s to the $610s, two-bedrooms start in the $640s and go all the way up to almost $1.6 million, and three-bedrooms are priced from $1.15 to $4.25 million.
Deliveries at the 72-story tower, located at 60 E Monroe St in the Loop, are set to begin in September, Hulse says.
One-bedrooms:
- 925 square-foot one-bedroom / one-baths priced in the $480s. Estimated monthly assessments of $330.
- 975 to 1,189 square-foot one-bedroom / 1.5-baths with dens priced from the $510s to $610s. Estimated monthly assessments of $333 to $442.
Two-bedrooms:
- 1,428 to 1,596 square-foot two-bedroom / two-baths priced from the $640s to $1.01 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $464 to $742.
- 1,750 to 1,999 square-foot two-bedroom / 2.5-baths with dens priced from $1.18 million to $1.59 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $773 to $1,040.
Three-bedrooms:
- 1,969 to 2,405 square-foot three-bedroom / three-baths priced from $1.15 million to $1.91 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $846 to $1,417.
- 2,436 square-foot three-bedroom / 3.5-baths priced at $2 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $1,438.
- 2,930 square-foot three-bedroom / 3.5-baths with dens priced at $2.59 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $1,701.
Penthouses:
- 4,378 to 4,757 square-foot three- and four-bedrooms priced at $4.25 million. Estimated monthly assessments of $3,005.
