Registration starts today for Great Chicago Places and Spaces 2007

Registration starts at noon today for Great Chicago Places and Spaces 2007 – which looks like a must for Chicago architecture lovers. The event kicks off Friday, May 18 with “Great Chicago Conversations” led by architect and Heinz award- winner Rick Lowe at 5:30 p.m. at the Chase Auditorium, 10 S Dearborn St. The event continues Saturday and Sunday with more than 200 tours of both interiors and exteriors of some truly awe-inspiring buildings, some of them designed by Daniel Burnham, Louis Sullivan, Mies van der Rohe, Frank Gehry and Frank Lloyd Wright.
