As part of New Homes Magazine‘s new monthly feature on starter homes, YoChicago toured a 9-unit gut rehab in Albany Park with Meg Kravitz, of Baird & Warner. Seven units are available in the building, which sits across the street from Ronan Park and the Chicago River.
Our visit was rather serendipitous – unit prices had just been reduced by $5,000 to $10,000 the day before. The remaining two-bedroom/one-bath condos range in price from $174,900 to $189,900, with a pair of three-bedroom duplexes still available at $219,900 and $259,900.
