We love lists: Our updated dustbunny list

Over the next few days, Mark and I are going to convert a few of our recent “We Love Lists” posts into interactive lists on NewHomeNotebook.com.

One of those lists is our survey of high-rise “dustbunnies,” towers that, for one reason or another, are stuck in that limbo between announcement and construction, with no real completion date in sight (or, in the case of Waterview Tower and The Chicago Spire, projects where work actually began but has since halted).

The great thing about these lists is that we can change them as we get new information. If the market starts to improve and one of these towers actually breaks ground, we’ll delete it from the list. Likewise, if a tower under construction screeches to a halt, Waterview style, it’ll find a new home in the dust bin. (Or should that be “dustbunny pen”?)

We’re coming up with more ideas for lists, but anyone who creates an account at NewHomeNotebook can put together his or her own list simply by logging in, navigating to a development profile, and clicking “add to lists.” If you put together a list you want to share with the rest of the Yo audience, drop us a line and we’ll feature it in a future post.
