Last week Joe Z. met Prudential Rubloff‘s Eric Rojas at 3231 N Clifton Ave in Lake View, not far from where our company’s was based for seven years. The area is dotted with so many restaurants that Joe says he never made it to all of them in all those years.
In the above video, the first of a two-part visit, Joe and Eric stand in the middle of the street and chat about the neighborhood, then head inside for a look at the pristine, clean-lined living areas of a top-floor condo unit. In the second video they look at the master and second bedrooms, and the deck.
The $425,000 asking price includes includes garage parking and an in-building storage space.
