Earlier today I met Prudential Rubloff’s Eric Rojas at 3231 N Clifton, not far from where my office was located for 7 years. The area is dotted with so many restaurants that I never made it to all of them in all those years.
In this first part of our 2-part video we stand in the middle of Clifton and chat about the neighborhood, then head inside for a look at the pristine, clean-lined living areas of the top-floor home. In the second video we look at the master and second bedrooms, and the deck.
The home includes garage parking and a storage area in the building.
