Earlier today I met Prudential Rubloff’s Eric Rojas at 3231 N Clifton, not far from where my office was located for 7 years. The area is dotted with so many restaurants that I never made it to all of them in all those years.
In the first part of our 2-part video we stood in the middle of Clifton and chatted about the neighborhood, then headed inside for a look at the pristine, clean-lined living areas of the top-floor home. In this video we look at the master and second bedrooms, and the deck. Eric, as you’ll see, has a keen sense for the details that make a home livable and add value to it.
The home includes garage parking and a storage area in the building.
