A new developer has taken over the remaining units at Van Buren Lofts, 1224 W Van Buren in Chicago’s West Loop, slashed prices and sharply upgraded the standard finishes. Prices for 2-bedroom lofts currently start at $174,900 and include parking.
The new marketing campaign bills the units as a “bloody great deal.”
