On September 17 Rick Levin & Associates will be auctioning a variety of (mostly) bank-owned properties subject to minimum bids as low as 5% of a property’s original price.
Some of the more interesting properties, according to veteran auctioneer Rick Levin, include bulk sales of condos and parking spaces in Rogers Park and on the Near West Side, just a block from the United Center. Other offerings range from 9 single-family home lots in a south side development to homes, small investment properties and land in suburban locations.
According to Rick “this is a great time to dive in” because his bank sellers are motivated to make deals.
