A boutique apartment alternative to high-rise living in Streeterville

Sienna Flats apartment rendering, Chicago

The Streeterville neighborhood is dominated by high-rise apartment towers, so the new Sienna Flats offers renters the welcome option of a boutique-sized community with upscale flair.

The first residents will move into the 6-story, 50-unit Sienna Flats late in August 2016.

Sienna Flats has 1- and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments available for late August and early September occupancy. One-bedroom rents start at $2,480 and 2-bedrooms at $3,445. A month’s free rent is available on select units for a limited time. Floor plans and near real-time rent and availability info are online. The leasing showroom is open Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 pm, or by appointment, at the corner of Ohio & McClurg.

Streeterville is a walk-to-work neighborhood with easy access to the lake, the 18-mile lakefront trail, the river, great shopping along the Mag Mile, and a large and growing roster of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and outdoor cafes.

Located at 423 E Ohio St, Sienna Flats is a short walk from four full-service groceries: a new Target, Whole Foods, Treasure Island and Bockwinkel’s. A 7-Eleven is a few doors north.

The popular Yolk is across the street, and D4 Irish Pub, Starbucks and Dollop Coffee are also just steps away.
