I’ve been in so many beautiful homes over the years that I’m not always keen to tour another one.

I did see enough of the French Provincial home at 499 Sheridan Road in Winnetka to know that it merits your attention if it’s in your price range. At $2.999M it is, according to listing agent Mary Ann Kollar of Koenig & Strey, the lowest-priced lakefront home currently on the market in Winnetka.
