At one point, according to Sergio & Banks‘ Izabela Sloma, there were 45 people in the home, which quickly went under contract and is in contingent status.

Kudos to the seller who (according to redfin) purchased this place for $100,000 in 12/2010 and, afer rehabbing it, selling it 2 months later. Would love to know what this place looked like before the remodel and how they we’re able to purchase it for $100,000.
