Here are a couple of floor plans from Lux of Lincoln Square, the 49-unit condo development at 4950 N Western Ave that I posted on earlier in the week. The one on the left is a 1,226 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath, and the one at right is a 1,606 square-foot three-bedroom / two-bath condo.

These floor plans look pretty spacious, and while 10′ x 12′ or 10-8″ x 15′ isn’t huge, it’s big enough to comfortably fit a large bed and some light furniture into a second or third bedroom. The three-bedroom has fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room, and that terrace looks pretty large. As I mentioned in my last post, parking is included with these units, as are washers and dryers.

According to Andy Shiparski‘s @properties listings, the two-bedroom is listed in the $330s with assessments of $114 per month, and the three-bedroom is listed in the $440s with monthly assessments of about $156.
