A newly-listed condo at 4156 S Western Ave in the Brighton Park neighborhood has an exterior picture of the upper stories of the building.
The above photos reflect the state of the first floor when I visited the site in March.
The listing copy has language that would lead a buyer to believe the unit is being offered through the Fannie May HomePath program:

First Look is a phrase that’s trademarked, and the property is not in the HomePath database.
The unit sold for $370,000 in September of 2008 and is currently listed for $74,900. A similar unit in the first phase of the project that also originally sold for $370K resold at $49,000. You can see more of the development and its immediate area beginning at about 7:00 in the following video:
