A drive through Woodleaf at the Sanctuary Club in Kildeer

Woodleaf at the Sanctuary Club in Kildeer is a quiet enclave of twenty-six custom and semi-custom luxury homes on half-acre and larger home sites. All of the sites back up to wooded areas and lakes.

Woodleaf is being developed by Portfolio Homes, the luxury division of Lexington Homes, which is one of Chicago’s oldest and most experienced home builders.

Buyers at Woodleaf can select a home site and choose from a variety of floor plans designed by three different architecture firms, all of whom have long experience in custom home design. The plans can be extended and refined to match and enhance a buyer’s lifestyle.

Two homes at Woodleaf are available for immediate occupancy, and priced from the mid-$800s to mid-$900s. The 4-bedroom, 4-bath homes span nearly 4,000 square feet and have attached 3-car garages. Volume ceilings, large windows, and open, flowing and innovative layouts make them appear to live a lot larger than they are. The homes have basements with 9-foot ceiling heights if an owner wants additional space.

The winding drive through Woodleaf, the gently rolling terrain and the large lots result in expansive views and bring nature directly into the homes.

For many buyers the most attractive feature of the Woodleaf homes will be their location within the Stevenson High School attendance boundaries. The Chicago Sun-Times routinely ranks Stevenson as one of the top 10 high schools in Illinois.
