Yesterday’s video about Klee Plaza at Six Corners has already drawn a couple comments about the ground-floor retail space and exterior of the building. Today we’ve got a few more shots from the lobby and the top-floor model unit (a one-bedroom format priced from the $190s). As of last Friday, 20 condos were still available in the 64-unit building.





They seem to have done a great job with the elevators and the staircase. The kitchen looks very dark, almost a little depressing.
Funny you mentioned that – the developer painted this unit gray and immediately regretted the decision, because it does make the entire layout quite dark and foreboding. The other units – which you can see in the video – are much brighter.
They look nice, but I (and this is my personal taste mind you) don’t like the home despot cabinets and louvered doors (which would show better w/o the light on behind them). I like how the gray makes the ceiling pop.
