The new State & Chestnut apartment tower has an extensive suite of indoor and outdoor amenities on its 7th floor.
We’ll tour the 7th floor on another day and focus today on the 35th floor, billed as the Sky Lounge. The lounge, terraces and pool deck were receiving their final touches at the time of my visit last week. As always, you can click any YoChicago image to view a much larger version.
The Sky Lounge is a vast open space brought down to a social scale in distinct activity groupings.
The Sky Lounge has high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views in three directions.
The pool deck spans the east side of the building and is flanked by long terraces on the north and south sides.
State & Chestnut is a pet-friendly, smoke-free, full-amenity tower with 24/7 door staff in a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly, steps-to-everything location. Floor plans and near real-time availability info can be accessed online.
An on-site leasing center is open daily. The office has been busy, so it’s a good idea to check rent and availability of your preferred apartment and schedule an appointment before visiting.
