The “Tuscan” homes at Symphony Meadows have 2,475 square feet and start at a base price in the $240s. Symphony Meadows features 16 different home styles, Ross says. Several homes are ready for immediate delivery and can close in time to take advantage of the $8,000 first-time buyer tax credit or the $6,500 repeat buyer credit.
