Chicago Magazine’s Dennis Rodkin’s most recent video tour focuses on a two-story penthouse on the Chicago River. The home boasts dramatic views from its sprawling outdoor terraces.
The penthouse, which is currently on the market for $3.35 million, was acquired a little over a year ago by a retired Microsoft executive for $2.85 million.
We toured the penthouse, which was the developer’s personal unit, in a two-part video tour prior to its acquisition. It’s interesting to see how much it’s changed in the interim.
This marks the fifth home that Chicago Magazine has shot that we had previously shot.
