Eric Rojas has found a market for North Side duplexes — the one we visited last month has already sold, as have several others that he’s shown us throughout the summer.
Last week, I met Eric at 2049 W Addison St #1, a 2,400 square-foot, three-bedroom / 2.5-bath duplex that he listed last Monday for $599,000. In the first of two videos from inside the home, we check out the main floor, which is devoted solely to living areas. We start in a large living room with enough space for both a sitting area and a 12-person dining table, then move back to see a well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, a more casual living area for entertainment and family dining, and a deck overlooking a real back yard.
The second segment, which you’ll see later, covers the home’s lower level, site of all three bedrooms. Eric and I also spent some time out in the neighborhood, so keep an eye out for those videos as well.
