Mondial was still under construction in the River West neighborhood when architect / developer Jack Berger took us on a hard-hat tour. As we scan the skyline views you’ll see the cranes atop a two-thirds completed Trump Tower.
Mondial – and Trump – were completed by the time Joe Askins visited the roof for a panoramic view of Chicago’s skyline.
Originally envisioned as a condo Mondial went through a number of abortive sale and rental efforts before being acquired as a rental building
