CMK Companies’ new Loop high-rise, 235 Van Buren, still hasn’t topped off, but that isn’t going to stop the developer from delivering the building’s first condos in late April or early May 2009. Joe Zekas and Joe Askins of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com toured the construction site in early February 2009 with Scott Hoskins, president and managing broker of CMK’s realty division.
The 46-story, 714-unit tower was designed by architect Ralph Johnson of the Chicago-based firm Perkins & Will.
