We’re still waiting for W Developments LLC to open a model for One, its 64-unit tower planned for the West Loop. In the meantime, we’ll have to settle for some new renderings of its very clean, very white interior spaces.

The loft-like units will have 9.5-foot concrete ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances and Solid Surface countertops.

One, as we’ve reported before, is part of a three-project development near the intersection of Sangamon and Washington streets. The tower is connected to an existing two-story building at 912 W Washington St that W Developments principal David Wallach is converting into a commercial center. A level of parking, four three-story townhouses and a landscaped deck will top the building.
Immediately north of One Chicago is 123 North Sangamon, W Developments’ condo conversion with one- to three-bed units priced from the $200s.

I wonder if the “theme song” for their PR campaign, once it gets underway, will be “One (Singular Sensation)” from “A Chorus Line.”
