After we checked out the Oasis, we strolled down to the Villa on Sheridan, the second of two new homes from developer Robert Clark. Clark is temporarily living in the Villa, which he designed and decorated with a Mediterranean feel. He plans to move when the home sells.
With a floor plan similar to the Oasis, the Villa has four bedrooms and an office / den, a waterfall atrium and an outdoor deck and patio. Wood accents and earth tones give the Villa a warmer, more comfortable feeling than that of the sleeker Oasis.
Pat Cullen and Jack Smith of Sussex and Reilly have the property listed at $2.8 million.
