After visiting a newly-built home that he has for sale at 1701 N Artesian in West Bucktown, Sam Banks of Sergio & Banks took me for a drive around the neighborhood.
According to Sam, homes that he’s sold recently in the area in the mid $700s would list and sell for $1.2 to $1.4M a few blocks further east in Bucktown.
