Evidently, the folks at The Flats on LaSalle love all things tiny. As we’ve noted before, the units are itsy bitsy – a mere 250 to 375 square feet. And now every buyer is automatically entered into a drawing to win a MINI Cooper – just about the cutest, tiniest car you can buy.
If you want the free car, your odds aren’t too bad, since there are 250 units in the building, located at 1140 N LaSalle Dr. But will the chance of winning really draw buyers? Don’t get me wrong, the little Coopers are great, but in this case a Suburban might be a more enticing deal – you could use it as a guest room.
Last we checked, developer Metropolitan Development Enterprises had the condos priced starting in the $120s.
