Each of the homes I’ve seen from Noah Properties has had a few signature touches: lavish kitchens and baths, high-style lighting fixtures, hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, high-ceilinged highly functional lower levels, and a front-bedroom on the second level with huge street-facing windows. Despite the similarities, each of the homes has been a very individualized creation.
The home in this sponsored video, at 1842 W Erie St, has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, and all of the signature touches of a Noah Properties home, but in a more traditional style than others I’ve seen. The East Village home has been detailed with wainscoting, large unusually-paneled doors, crown moldings and more. It went under contract prior to our video shoot, after coming on the market at $869,900.
The Noah Properties home at 1848 W Erie St, in the above video, was listed for $849,900 in mid-August and closed two months later for $790,000. Unlike 1842, it was not all masonry, lacked a lower-level wet bar, and did not have as high a level of finishes and detailing.
Another Noah Properties home, at 1838 W Erie St, is nearing completion and also recently came on the market, also priced at $869,900.
Izabela Sloma of Sergio & Banks is our tour guide in the videos.
