Earlier this week, Niko Apostal of Coldwell Banker and the Apostal Group showed me around one of his newest listings, a 4,400 square-foot corner loft at 850 W Adams St in Chicago’s West Loop.
The combo loft has three bedrooms (four, actually, although one is currently set up as an office space), a massive living area, and balconies with great views of the Willis Tower and Loop skyline.
The home is currently listed at $1.15 million.
don’t know everything there is to know about that exact building, but i know the area.
$1.15MM seems very reasonable asking price. if they’re just a bit flexible i bet it goes quickly for over $1MM.
only negatives i see is the assessment seem a bit high given that there is no doorman. and the assessments don’t seem to include much extras (heat, cable, workout room, etc.) either…
