A one-of-a-kind Lincoln Park rowhouse at The Pointe

Over a span of 30 years, Lincoln Park developers refined the art of townhome planning and design. By the mid-Nineties, when The Pointe was built, many buyers perceived townhomes as viable alternatives to the neighborhood’s increasingly unaffordable single-family homes.

Edie Apostal and The Apostal Group have sold and resold more than half of the 150 rowhouses at The Pointe, so she knows the strengths of the various floor plans. In this video, Edie and Joe Zekas walk through an end unit with no walls directly abutting another unit. It’s been highly upgraded by the current owner and is, in Edie’s view, truly one of a kind. The home has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a two-car attached garage, and is priced at $1.12 million.
