The site of the new Arkadia apartment tower at 765 W Adams in the West Loop has been cleared and fenced, but no construction activity was visible when I visited the site late yesterday morning.
The impressively large site will encompass, when completed, 350 apartments, a 45,000 square foot open-to-the-public fitness center and 20,500 square feet of street-level retail space.
When is planned completion of Arkadia?
Building permit was just issued last week, so it’s at least 18 months from completion.
