The folks at The Legacy at Millennium Park, Mesa Development’s 73-story high-rise, sent us these photos of a model unit (at the sales center, 18 S Michigan Ave, Ste 700). The base of the Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed building incorporates the facades of the vintage structures that now occupy the site, which is bounded by Michigan Avenue, Monroe Street, Wabash Avenue and Madison Street. Construction is underway.
it looks exactly like the interiors at the heritage. take your unit raw, the interiors are such garbage and so painful to live in. drywall plus fire sprinlker heads, paper thin “hardwood floors, home depot cabinets, oversized handicap doors with cheap lever handles. more paint, more paint!!
