Coldwell Banker’s Andy Shiparski describes a new listing in Printers Row’s Donohue Building as a “stunning” timber / brick loft in the “New York style.” That must mean that New York lofts are spacious (the place has 2,600 square feet, two bedrooms, and 2.5 baths spread out over two floors), well-appointed (it has a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner stove and built-in grill), and have a famous name attached (it was designed by Nate Berkus). I wonder — would it rent for $3,500 a month in New York?
