Residents of 1246 W Winnemac, a development we posted on earlier today, are surrounded by retail and restaurants. The Argyle Street retail strip, lined with Asian restaurants and businesses, is the closest.
It’s a colorful stretch (these photos, snapped in the fog, don’t quite do it justice). Especially on weekends, the streets are busy with shoppers and diners. I consider living near Thai Pastry (4925 N Broadway St) or Tank Noodle (4953 N Broadway St), two area restaurants, a real perk for a condo buyer. What do Yo’all think?
