A River North free rent deal – Parc Huron one-bedrooms

Parc Huron, a boutique apartment tower at 469 W Huron St in River North, is offering a month-and-a-half free rent on select one-bedroom apartments for leases beginning before April 30.

Parc Huron is in a quiet, largely residential pocket of River North, a short walk from the neighborhood’s pulsating dining and nightlife scene.

The restaurant scene closer to Parc Huron is more laid back and frequent-diner friendly.

Erie Café is a short block west. It has a raised outdoor patio, pictured above, overlooking the river and Montgomery Ward Park.

Citizen, a favorite of Notre Dame fans, and Brunch are just east along Erie St. The Green Door Tavern, which bills itself as Chicago’s oldest tavern, attracts a following of regulars. If there’s too long a wait at the Green Door, you can head two doors south to Mr Beef. GianCarlo and Guido are the third generation of the family that presides over Club Lago, a block north of the Green Door.

Brett’s Kitchen is a favorite stop for commuters headed to and from the nearby Brown Line stop at Chicago Ave.

Parc Huron is a full-amenity, pet-friendly, luxury apartment tower with on-site leasing and management staff. All of the building’s one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments have private outdoor space, either a balcony or a walk-out terrace.

Parc Huron offices are open daily, from 9 until 6 on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9 to 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 to 5 on Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary, but it’s a good idea to call ahead to check rents on available apartments.
