Residents at K2 apartments were greeted at the concierge desk yesterday morning by Ariane, who was armed with a smile and an umbrella for residents in need of one.
Umbrellas are one of the items included in complimentary backpacks given to new residents at the new luxury apartment tower in the Fulton River District. The backpacks also sport a park blanket, a water bottle, ear buds for an iPod, a pedometer, and a keychain with a flashlight.
