Last week I drove up to Lake View to see one of Eric Rojas’ newest listings — a four-bedroom / 3.5-bath single-family home at 2911 N Racine Ave, just north of the neighborhood’s border with Lincoln Park.
This spacious three-story home features a large master suite with two walk-in closets, a bath with separate tub and steam shower, and an outdoor terrace; a lower level with a wet bar; a built-in home theater system; two gas-starting, wood-burning fireplaces; and a stairway leading to a rooftop that’s well-suited for a new deck if desired.
Rojas listed the home this month for $814,900. As Rojas noted both in this video and in a recent post at Chicago Real Estate Local, the currently median price for a single-family home in Lake View is closer to $1 million.
