We’ve seen quite a few homes built by Ultimate Homes, and they’re all creative variations on a simple theme: include everything that might be on a buyer’s wish list, at a surprisingly low price point.
Izabela Sloma of Sergio & Banks shows Joe Zekas around a four/five-bedroom / 3.5-bath home at 1756 N Rockwell St, priced at just under $800,000. She mentions quite a few of the home’s features, but it would really take much longer to list them all.
I agree this is a very nice home. I am quite familiar with the Bucktown area.
