High atop one of the most recognizable buildings on the Magnificent Mile, 800 N Michigan Ave, there are two condos for sale (okay… actually there are several, but we only have pictures of two of them). Though separated by only five floors, the two three-bedroom condos look stylistic worlds apart. The 39th-floor condo (pictured at left) looks sleek and modern, with one of the coolest bathroom vanity tops we’ve ever seen, while the 33rd-floor condo (right) is much more traditional. Both units have lake views and access to the amenities of the building’s Park Hyatt hotel, including a swimming pool, health club and room service.
