The Taste of Randolph Street is one of the city’s most popular street fairs, drawing crowds from throughout and beyond Chicagoland to sample the culinary delights of the street’s “restaurant row”. This year’s fun, food and music fest takes place June 17 through 19.
Residents at The Parker, 730 W Couch Pl, have access to a year-round taste of Randolph Street, starting at Au Cheval, a half-block south of the building.
The Parker will welcome its first residents in June. Residents of the curved, architecturally distinctive tower will enjoy spectacular views from their apartments and from a top-floor resident lounge.
The Parker offers a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. Pre-leasing rents range from $1,750 to $1,900 for studios, $1,825 to $2,995 for 1-bedrooms, $2,825 for 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, $3,095 to $3,895 for 2-bedroom, 2-baths, and $4,295 to $5,250 for 3-bedroom, 2-baths.
Apartments will have high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer / dryers, plank flooring, and a choice of finish packages.
The Parker’s extensive amenities will include a sun terrace with an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a Fitness-on-Demand private room, a business center, a lounge with a coffee bar, a media room, and an indoor / outdoor rooftop lounge.
The pet-friendly building will have a dog walk, indoor bike parking, resident storage, covered parking with electric vehicle chargers, and online-concierge service.
