A visual preview of eight YoChicago videos

YoChicago shows you more of the faces, places and spaces that define how life’s lived in this great city than you’ll find at any other real estate website. We get around, and you can see where we’ve been in the 1,000s of videos at our YouTube channel and the more than 13,000 photos in our Flickr albums. Our posts tap into an archive of more than 300,000 images that our photographers have shot over the years.

Within the next week you’ll be able to view eight more videos that we’ve recently shot. Here’s a brief preview:

John Burcher, Director of Interior Design at Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture talks about the design concepts behind the common area spaces at K2 Apartments.

Veteran developers and marketing professionals Chip Cornelius and Santo Rizzo of Chicagoland Realty Services chat about how an oversupply of new downtown apartments will play out.

Visit the riverwalk adjacent to Kingsbury Plaza apartments in River North.

Izabela Sloma from Sergio & Banks hosts a tour of Noah Properties’ latest and greatest single-family home in Lake View, featuring lavish outdoor space, a resistance pool and a sprawling master bath. It’s listed at $2.995M.

Tour 1717, a new luxury apartment community in downtown Evanston. Highlights include an unusually extensive set of common area amenities for a 175-unit building and a mix of apartment types ranging from loft-like spaces to traditional layouts to penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views.

See the newly-revamped pool at Echelon‘s luxury apartments in the Fulton River District.

Ride the new Chicago Water Taxi route from Ogilvie Station to North Avenue with YoChicago.

Check out the view from what’s probably the longest dog run in a Chicago apartment community at the recently-opened K2, and meet some of the participants in a doggie play date.

As always, you can click on one of our images for a high-res version, and all of our videos are high-def.
