Jim Walsh, Sr, the developer of WestBrook Condominiums in Hillside, is an old friend of 20-years duration, a long-time advertiser in New Homes Magazine, and a client of YoChicago’s sister company, Data Based Ads.
A while back I hiked out to Hillside (an under 30-minute trip) to meet Jim, Jr and take a tour of WestBrook, where most units are priced well under $200,000. It’s an affordable alternative to city living, with a surprising amount of nearby amenities and someone I know to be an experienced, quality developer behind it.
