Baird & Warner’s Meg Kravitz walks YoChicago’s Patrick Rollens through a model in a 9-unit condo rehab in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood.

The project is a 2-block walk through the park and across the river to Swedish Covenant Hospital.
