A tipster informs us that Alta at K Station, which had offered a free month’s rent on 20 units, has extended the offer through the end of this week.
Alta is also offering “spot special” reduced rents on two studios, a 1-bedroom and several 2-bedroom units. One of the studios is on a dog floor, the other on a non-dog floor. The 1- and 2-bedroom units are on non-dog floors.
We recently noted that Alta and Echelon at K Station may be for sale, along with other Chicago rental high-rises.
