Morguard Corp. has announced that it has agreed to purchase Alta at K Station from Fifield Companies and its joint-venture partner in a transaction slated to closed this month. The development was first reported to be for sale more than a year ago.
Alta is a two-tower apartment complex in the Fulton River District with 848 units and a sprawling amenities package. The reported sale price is $300 million or $353,774 per unit.
