The new 11-story, 99-unit apartment building at the southwest corner of Division and Ashland isn’t fully clad yet, but it is already a very distinctive presence in the East Village neighborhood.

The building, designed by Wheeler Kearns Architects, will have retail space at the ground level and second-floor office space. When it was announced, it received a warm welcome from the East Village Association.
