As we mentioned recently, Real Living Helios Realty in February took over the marketing of PAC Lofts in Bucktown, to help developers Bond Companies and CG Development Group move the roughly 35 percent of units that haven’t sold since the project went on the market in 2005. A previous deal, offering buyers free assessments or a $3,000 closing credit, has expired, according to sales director Brent Hall, but a new incentive targets the brokerage community. Real Living Helios is offering sales agents a $3,000 commission bonus on all contracts.
PAC Lofts comprises 95 units in three buildings. The majority of the available units have two bedrooms and two baths and range from the $350s to the $420s. Two penthouses range from the $840s to $1 million.
