A loose history of Evanston is a mural on an embankment along the Metra tracks, at the northeast corner of Green Bay Rd and Emerson St, in Evanston. It’s a busy intersection and not an easy place to stop, so I thought I’d bring you a closer look at the mural. And a different take on the history depicted on it.
